Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of TakeHome and all services operated by Field Assembly LLC. By accessing or using TakeHome, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service. Field Assembly LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

2. Permitted Uses

TakeHome is designed to help homebuyers capture notes and impressions during home tours, compare properties, and make informed purchase decisions. Permitted uses include: capturing photos, voice notes, written notes, and ratings on properties you have toured or are evaluating; using the Compare and Quick Take features to support your own decision-making; and sharing your TakeHome export with a real estate agent, partner, or advisor as part of your home search.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TakeHome to: collect or store information about properties or owners without authorization; violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, including fair housing laws; stalk, harass, or surveil any individual; capture photos or recordings inside a property without the knowledge and consent of the property owner or listing agent; submit inputs designed to circumvent, manipulate, or stress-test the Service in ways that could harm other users; reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or resell any portion of the Service; use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or use the Service for any commercial purpose unrelated to your own personal home search without a separate written agreement with Field Assembly LLC.

4. Data You Enter

You are solely responsible for the content you store in TakeHome, including photos, voice notes, and written notes. You represent that you have the right to capture and store any content you add to the Service. Do not enter personal identifying information about third parties (such as sellers, occupants, or neighbors) beyond what is necessary for your own home search records.

5. No Professional Advice

TakeHome is a personal decision-support tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes real estate advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of licensed professional advice. Field Assembly LLC is not a real estate broker, attorney, or financial advisor. You should consult qualified professionals before making any property purchase decision.

6. Minors

TakeHome is intended for adults. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using TakeHome, you represent that you meet this requirement.

7. Enforcement

Field Assembly LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing a warning, suspending access to the Service, or terminating your account. Where we take action against a paid account in good standing, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where appropriate, offer a refund.

9. Changes to This Policy

Field Assembly LLC may update this AUP from time to time as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Continued use of TakeHome after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
