The Home Search Pass is a one-time purchase of $14.99. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. New purchasers may request a full refund within 7 days.

TakeHome offers a free tier and a one-time paid upgrade called the Home Search Pass, priced at $14.99 USD. This is a single, non-recurring charge that unlocks the full TakeHome experience permanently. There are no monthly fees, annual renewals, or hidden charges associated with the Home Search Pass.

2. Refund Window

If you purchased the Home Search Pass and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your purchase. Please include a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. After the Refund Window

After the 7-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds outside this window may be granted at Field Assembly LLC's discretion for documented technical issues that prevented access to paid features. Contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — please contact us within 60 days at [email protected]. Verified billing errors are refunded in full regardless of the 7-day window.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is under review.

6. Free Tier

The free tier of TakeHome requires no payment and is not subject to any refund process. You may use the free tier indefinitely at no charge.

7. Changes to This Policy

Field Assembly LLC may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email if you have an account. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
